Booking Information

At MWL Events we pride ourselves on promoting and marketing our events and we operate a 'Fair Booking Policy'.

If you are interested in applying for a stall at one of our markets you must first register your interest via the Registration Form which adds your details to our database.  Once applications open for a market we will contact everyone on our database and invite you to apply.

In order to qualify for a stall applicants must meet certain criteria and the market is curated based on this selection criteria which includes:

  • Quality of products
  • Presentation
  • Professionalism
  • Uniqueness

All applicants must submit photographs of:

  • Example stall layout (if it's your first market then a mock up will suffice)
  • 3 products

We consider each application submitted and then select the best mix of stalls for the market based on the following categories:

People who design and make all elements of their products

  • an artist who paints orginial pieces of art
  • Textile designers who create original patterns and make the items
  • A jeweller who cuts, solders, polishes materials to form an item of jewellery

Designers and Creative People

  • Jewellery created from threaded beads and jewellery findings
  • Painting onto objects such as glass
  • Making items to other people's designs
  • Designing products for others to product in limited quantities

Food Producers

  • All food made from scratch
  • Food sourced from local producers

We prioritise applicants based on geographical location to the market and those operating as a business

In order to qualify for a stall your items must be handmade and you must hold public liability insurance.  Due to demand an application will only be considered if accompanied with the relevant insurance document.  If you are selling food you must provide us with a copy of your food hygiene documentation.  If you are a maker of body/skincare products you must provide us with a copy of the safety assessments for your products.

Only the items listed on your application form can be sold and any items we feel aren't handmade we will request are removed from your stall.  Items containing copyrighted images are strictly prohibted unless you are able to provide evidence that you hold a commmercial licence for the image.

Refunds will not be offered for stalls cancelled less than 3 weeks (15 working days) prior to a market.  Cancellations made before this will be refunded once a replacement stallholder has been sourced.  MWL Events have the right to decline applications from people who persistently cancel.

MWL Events reserve the right to cancel and refund any booking which they feel could have a negative impact on our business reputation.
